What is the Free Initial Consultation?
The purpose of the Free Initial Consultation is for Jeremy to assess new clients and answer any questions they might have without obligation.
What is the best way to use the Free Initial Consultation?
Clients may use the Free Inital Consultation at their first appointment. This saves money, makes the time much more worthwhile, and there is still no obligation to continue after the first 30 minutes on either side.

How long is a consultation?
The first consultation is usually 1.5 hours. However, the first consultation for drug and gambling addictions is 2 hours in duration.
The second and subsequent consultations are usaully an hour each.
(Initial consultation for STOP SMOKING is 2 hours, and reinforcement session is 1 hour.)
Does the clinic accept credit cards?
Yes. You can pay by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Eftpos.
How much notice do I need to give to change my appointment?
As Jeremy is normally fully booked, clients must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged the scheduled fee. Similarly, if Jeremy needs to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the client will not be charged for their next appointment.
How many sessions will it take for my condition?
This is best answered at the first consultation because it depends entirely on each individual case. However, as a guide most clients need between 4 and 8 sessions, depending on the complexity and intensity of their condition.
How often will I need to come for treatment?
Sessions are normally scheduled 3 to 7 days apart.
